Mushrooms can be stuffed with anything. This option with bacon is good for beer – it just turns out to be moderately fat and satisfying. And it is prepared so simply and quickly that any beginner can cope. Even if the guests are already on the doorstep!
Ingredients
- Champignons - 600 g
- Bacon - 120 g
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the mushroom legs and finely chop.
Chop the bacon, grate both types of cheese, mix with the legs and season.
Put the filling in the mushroom caps and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
