One of the main advantages of shawarma is that it can be prepared literally with any fillings to your taste. And such a recipe with Korean carrots is another confirmation of that. It turns out to be doubly delicious, piquant and at the same time satisfying.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 2 of the sheet
- Chicken fillet - 1-2 pieces
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Cabbage - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 120 g
- Gherkins (pickled) – 5-6 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Ketchup - 3 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Dill - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into strips, season to taste and fry until tender.
Thinly chop all the vegetables. Grate the cheese.
Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, sour cream, spices, chopped dill and garlic.
Unroll the pita bread sheets and spread out the filling.
Pour the sauce and roll the shawarma.
Put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Or grill on both sides.
