- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Dill - 10 g
- Green onion - 10 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the green onion and dill.
Chop cottage cheese together with sour cream in a blender.
Mix the resulting mass with chopped ingredients, salt and ground pepper.
Spread the pita bread on the table, lay out the workpiece and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Roll up the roll, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
