If you need something satisfying and at the same time versatile, without a separate side dish and other additions - choose a potato roll with meat. This dish, although it takes time to prepare, remains very simple, understandable and accessible.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 5-6 tbsp.l .
- Onion - 1 piece
- Milk - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden.
Add the minced meat and fry until it is ready. Season it.
Mix the minced meat with chopped herbs.
Boil the potatoes until tender and mash in mashed potatoes with warm milk.
Mix the puree and 2 eggs. Add flour.
Put the potato dough on the parchment with a layer of about 10-15 mm.
Put the filling on top, not reaching the edges.
Roll up a tight roll, brush with yolk and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
