Some of the most original chips in my life are unconditionally buckwheat chips. It is very problematic to buy such in a store, if at all possible. But it's easy enough to cook on your own, and I'll tell you how.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat - 120 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the buckwheat with water and boil it so that it is soft and boiled.
Grind buckwheat with a blender, grind through a sieve and season to taste.
Put the mass in a thin layer on a silicone mat and slice.
Dry the chips in the oven for 3-5 hours at 100 degrees with the door ajar.
Fry the finished chips for 10-15 seconds in a large amount of oil, if desired.
