Ingredients
- Water - 5 l
- Honey - 250 g
- Instant coffee - 1 tbsp.l .
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- Mint - 2 twigs
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the chopped lemon and mint with water, bring to a boil, boil and let the workpiece cool to 40 degrees.
Strain the broth and dissolve all the other ingredients in it.
Cover with a towel and leave the drink at room temperature for 14-16 hours.
Strain the kvass and bottle it.
Leave it in the refrigerator for another night.
