Ingredients
- Water - 3 l
- Instant coffee - 2 tsp.
- Citric acid - 7 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Dry yeast - 4 g
- Raisins - 15 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat the water to 30-40 degrees and dissolve the sugar in it.
Add citric acid, then coffee, then yeast.
Mix everything together, add the raisins and cover the kvass with a lid.
Leave the kvass in the heat for 3-4 hours.
Bottle it together with the raisins and leave it for another 8-10 hours at room temperature.
