In a turk, combine ground coffee, salt and sugar to taste, mix.

Put the turkey on a low heat and warm up the mixture in a dry form.

In a saucepan, heat the water to 30-40 ° C.

Pour the heated water into the turk and bring the drink to a boil. When the mixture starts to boil, remove the turkey from the heat. Mix the contents well.

Then return the turk with the drink to the fire and bring it to a boil again. Wait for bubbles to form on the surface and remove the turk from the heat.

Cover the turkey with a saucer and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes.

Pour hot espresso into a cup and enjoy the invigorating taste of the drink.
