Bring the water to a boil and cool to 35 degrees.
Add sugar, rice, raisins, dry yeast and mix well.
Cover with a cloth napkin and leave in a dark, warm place for 1 day.
Strain through a double layer of gauze, bottle and close tightly.
Rice kvass should stand in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
