Ingredients
- Apricots - 600 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 5 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves and remove the seeds.
Pour boiling water over them and bring them to a boil again.
Add sugar and vanilla, and cook the compote for about 15 minutes on low heat.
