- Gooseberry - 800 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Honey - 100 g
- Water - 1.5 l

Boil the water and put the gooseberries in it.
Boil everything for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
Add honey and lemon slices, stir until the honey dissolves and cook the compote for another 3-5 minutes.
