Ingredients
- Cranberries - 500 g
- Water - 2 l
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l
- Honey (or sugar) – 2 art.l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the cranberries well, then dry with a paper towel.
Beat the berries into a puree, strain through a sieve. Set aside the juice.
Boil the cake from the berries in water, let it cool down a little and strain again through a sieve.
Combine berry water with juice, add honey and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into a decanter.
