Ingredients
- Apples - 600 g
- Red currant - 300 g
- Brown Sugar - 8 tbsp.l .
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples, fill with water, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Add red currants, sugar and cinnamon.
Boil the compote for another 5 minutes and let it cool under the lid.
