Ingredients
- Jam - 1 glass
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add citric acid and jam.
Boil for 3 minutes, remove from heat and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
Strain the compote through cheesecloth and pour into a bottle.
