Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Green peas - half a bank
- Pickled cucumbers - 150 g
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut red fish, pickles, peeled eggs and potatoes into cubes.
Chop the radish, rinse and sprinkle with wine vinegar.
Flip the green peas into a colander and rinse under running water.
Mix potatoes, fish, peas, cucumbers, radish and eggs.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix gently.
Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle thickly with chopped green onions.
