Ingredients
- Chili pepper (green) – 40 pieces
- Apple cider vinegar - 80 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the pepper and seeds.
Add a spoonful of salt and rub everything in a mortar.
Put all this in a glass jar and add a little warm water so that it covers the workpiece. Close it.
Put the sauce in a dark place for a couple of weeks at room temperature.
And then for another 6-9 months in a cooler place.
Rub the mass through a sieve, put it in a clean jar, pour vinegar and send the tabasco for storage.
