Ingredients
- Cream (33% fat content) – 250 ml
- Porcini mushrooms - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 50 g
- Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop porcini mushrooms and peeled garlic.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry for 1.5-2 minutes.
Add the porcini mushrooms and continue cooking until golden brown.
Add cream, salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg.
Turn down the heat and continue cooking for another 7-10 minutes. During this time, the sauce should thicken.
