My favorite tkemali recipe is tkemali with mint. At first glance, it seems that this is a slightly strange combination. But in fact, this is one of the classic additions to this sauce. You definitely won't buy such a tkemali in the supermarket!
Ingredients
- Cherry Plum - 900 g
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Mint - 4 twigs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 50 ml
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the cherry plum with water, boil for 10-15 minutes and rub through a sieve.
Chop pepper, garlic and herbs in a blender.
Mix all the ingredients for the tkemali.
Boil the sauce for another 10-15 minutes.
