A hearty and fragrant dolma will be even tastier with a properly selected sauce. I tried a few different ones, and stopped there. I once ate a similar one in a restaurant, and since then I have been trying to restore the recipe for a long time. And here it is!
Ingredients
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Walnuts (chopped) – 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan and chop finely.
Chop garlic and herbs without stems.
Mix all the ingredients for the dolma sauce.
