Lean pasta sauce

It won't be difficult to cook lean pasta or pasta with sauce. There are so many different vegan options without cream, cheese and other animal products. I will share one of these options with you further in the recipe.

Ingredients

Parsley - 4 twigs
Mint - 2 twigs
Basil - 4 of the sheet
Cilantro - 4 twigs
Dill - 4 twigs
Garlic - 2 teeth
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Olive oil - 60 ml
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the stems from all the greens.

Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Whisk the sauce until smooth and season.
