- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 1 head
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 20 g
- Sugar - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and fry in oil until soft.
Peel the tomatoes, chop with a blender, pour into the onion and simmer for half an hour.
Add chopped garlic, chili, basil and spices.
Simmer the dolmio for another 10 minutes.
