Classic pesto sauce is made from fresh basil. But if it's not the season or it's not refused at hand, you can do it dried. I tell you how much it needs and how to cook it properly. The finished sauce turns out no worse than the traditional one.
Ingredients
- Olive oil - 140 ml
- Pine nuts - 5 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Basil (dried) – 5 tbsp.l .
- Balsamic vinegar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan.
Chop the garlic.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk the pesto.
