Classic tartar sauce is prepared on the basis of mayonnaise, which is mixed with various additives. But sometimes you want to do without it, and someone just avoids it in any form. In this case, I have a wonderful recipe for tartare without mayonnaise, and I will gladly share it.
Ingredients
- Egg yolks (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Egg yolks (raw) – 1 piece
- Olive oil - 0.6 glasses
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Gherkins (chopped) – 1 art.l.
- Capers - 1 tbsp.l.
- Wine vinegar (white) – 1 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the boiled yolks.
Mix them with cheese yolk and mustard.
Whisk everything with a blender, gradually adding oil.
Add sour cream and whisk again.
Add the chopped gherkins, capers and all the other ingredients.
Season to taste and mix the tartare.
