Meat with sweet sauces still seems like a curiosity to some. Although it has long been a classic in many parts of the world. Personally, I am delighted with such a caramel sauce for meat, and I strongly advise everyone to try it on their own at least once.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 10 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Tomato juice - 300 ml
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt the sugar in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring.
Pour in the tomato juice and boil the sauce for 5 minutes until thickened, continuing to stir.
Season to taste and remove from heat.
