Despite the fact that this is just a quick salad with smoked sausage, it can be safely prepared even for a festive table. In combination with oranges, nuts and olives, it turns out to be quite an exquisite dish.
Ingredients
- Smoked sausage - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Spinach - 3 handfuls
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Cashews - 2 handfuls
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pepper into strips and lightly fry until soft.
Thinly slice the sausage and onion, lightly chop the cashews.
Peel the oranges from all the films and peel, and cut them too.
Add olives with spinach and stir the salad.
Sprinkle everything with sesame oil.
