Great salad with available ingredients. Vegetables can be boiled in advance, but it is better to fry champignons before cooking. As soon as they cool down, start assembling the salad. In this case, the dish will turn out very tasty and juicy.
Ingredients
- Sprats (canned) – 1 bank
- Champignons - 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the sprats from the jar and mash with a fork.
Chop the champignons and peeled onions.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the onion with mushrooms and fry until tender.
Peel eggs, potatoes and carrots, grate.
Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and sprats. After potatoes and carrots, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the eggs thickly and put the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
