Most Greek dishes are served accompanied by a fragrant zadziki sauce. It is prepared simply and is a mixture of natural yogurt, cucumbers and herbs. Olive oil and lemon juice are traditionally used as additives.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mint - 1 twig
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Greek yogurt - 200 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop cucumbers, parsley, mint and peeled garlic.
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, butter and salt.
Add the crushed ingredients and mix.
