Ingredients
- Walnuts - 200 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Cilantro - 2 twigs
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Fenugreek - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put nuts, cilantro and peeled garlic in the blender bowl.
Grind to a homogeneous consistency.
Add salt, spices, vinegar and turn on the blender for another 2 minutes. The finished sauce can be diluted with boiled water.
