One of my favorite marinades for champignons is a marinade based on soy sauce and garlic. But there are nuances here, so that it is best suited to mushrooms. I'll tell you more in the recipe later. Delicious and fragrant!

Ingredients

Soy sauce - 100 ml
Garlic - 3 clove
Ginger - 1 see
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the garlic and ginger.

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.

Marinate the champignons for half an hour.
