- Onion - 1 piece
- Apples - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 50 g
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Meat broth - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Cut the apples into quarters, peel and seeds, chop.
Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown.
Add apples, spices and cook for another 2 minutes.
Mix the broth, tomato paste, sour cream and salt.
Pour the billet into a frying pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring from time to time.
