Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Butter - 20 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 100 ml
- Cheese - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, and fry in butter until the moisture evaporates.
Add flour and fry for another minute.
Add sour cream and bring to a boil.
Add spices to taste and grated cheese, and boil the sauce for another 7 minutes, stirring.
Grind it with a blender as desired.
