Usually chicken and pineapple salad is prepared with mayonnaise. But many do not like or for certain reasons cannot afford such a refueling. Then go to plan B — prepare a salad with olive oil. It seems to me that it turns out even tastier this way.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Pineapple (canned) – 250 g
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Walnuts - 1 glass
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop pineapples and chicken fillet.
Rinse the corn under running water.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.
Mix chicken fillet, pineapples, corn and walnuts.
Add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and mix. The finished salad can be decorated with a circle of pineapple, herbs or walnuts.
