Are you cooking an Italian-style dinner? Cook the pasta and prepare the Bolognese. It is advisable to simmer the sauce over low heat for as long as possible. Ideally, the process lasts about two hours. This recipe is an accelerated version of Bolognese in 1 hour.
Ingredients
- Ground beef - 350 g
- Tomatoes - 300 g
- Celery - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Shallots - 1 piece
- Cream - 50 ml
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Wine - 2 tbsp.l.
- Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Meat broth - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, celery and peeled shallots.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, celery and continue to fry for 8-10 minutes.
Add the minced meat and cook for another 10 minutes. Carefully knead the lumps with a spatula.
Add wine, tomato paste, salt, spices, cream and broth. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
