I offer you a basic recipe for creamy spaghetti sauce. It is prepared with flour and garlic. You can supplement it with aromatic spices, chopped herbs or nuts. To achieve the best result, all products should be equally warm.
Ingredients
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Cream - 250 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 50 g
- Flour - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt butter in a water bath.
Add flour and mix until smooth.
Pour in warm cream and warm up for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Add the crushed processed cheese and garlic passed through the press.
After 2 minutes, turn off the heat, add salt and mix thoroughly.
