Ingredients
- Turn - 500 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mint - 2 twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Fenugreek - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the thorn, put it in a saucepan with water and boil for 15 minutes.
Rub the soft fruits through a sieve.
Cut the hot pepper in half and peel off the seeds.
Grind mint, hot pepper and peeled garlic in a blender.
Mix the mashed blackthorn and the billet with garlic. Add butter, fenugreek, salt and sugar.
Put on a slow fire and boil for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
