Ingredients
- Black Currant - 500 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Water - 50 ml
- Starch - 1 tbsp.l .
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic (dried) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the currant with orange juice, beat with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Bring to a boil and add all the spices with a sprig of rosemary. Boil for 5 minutes.
Dilute the starch in water and pour into the sauce, stirring.
Boil it for another 2 minutes. Remove the rosemary and remove the sauce from the heat.
