Onion is not included in the traditional Caesar recipe, but if you love it – why not add a little? I advise you to take purple varieties – they have a softer and more harmonious taste, and it's just very beautiful.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 160 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 2 tsp.
- Sauce (Caesar) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken with spices and bake in foil for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Cut it into slices.
Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop coarsely. Cut the onion into rings.
Mix the salad mix, eggs, onion and sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and put the chicken fillet on the side.
