The main secret of this simple and quick salad with fried beef is the spices that are used in it. I want to offer you my favorite option, but you can safely change the ingredients and experiment.
Ingredients
- Beef - 250 g
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into thin strips and fry until tender.
Finely chop all the other ingredients with herbs, chili and garlic, and mix the salad.
Add all the spices and sesame oil with mustard, and mix again.
