Stunningly beautiful and delicious salad for a special occasion. Unlike most similar dishes, there is very little mayonnaise here. It is mixed with soft cheese and laid out in one layer. The salad turns out juicy and not greasy.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 250 g
- Fig (boiled) – 100 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Soft cheese - 150 g
- Cheese (solid) – 80 g
- Dill - 2 twigs
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into small cubes.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with half of the lemon juice.
Grate the hard cheese and set aside for decoration.
Grate soft cheese on a grater, mix with chopped dill and mayonnaise.
Put half of the fish on a plate. Add black pepper and lemon juice.
Then lay out layers of rice and avocado.
Make the next layer of soft cheese with mayonnaise and dill.
Lay out the remaining fish, sprinkle thickly with hard cheese and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
