I really like the idea of beating classic recipes in a new way, so I prefer to serve such a familiar salad with crab sticks in glass bowls or cream bowls in layers. It turns out very bright, beautiful and delicious.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Fig - 50 g
- Bow purple - 50 g
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Parsley - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs and rice in advance until they are ready so that they have time to cool down. It is better to take crumbly rice, which does not boil into porridge.
Cut all the ingredients into cubes of approximately the same size – about 1 cm.
Lay out layers of rice, corn, crab sticks, cucumbers, purple onions and eggs.
If desired, the onion can be pickled, but with purple it turns out well and so.
Pour mayonnaise on top of the salad and garnish with parsley leaves.
