If you are looking for hearty salads with Peking cabbage for a festive table – catch another recipe. This time with crackers and ham! To add even more color to the dish, I sometimes add a couple of lettuce leaves to the cabbage.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Ham - 300 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
- Greenery - 3-4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and cool in cold water.
Cut all the salad ingredients into strips, and only chop the onion harder.
Mix and season with mayonnaise, put on plates.
Decorate the salad with herbs or leaves.
