Despite the fact that cod liver is a rather fatty and heavy product, this salad turns out to be light and fresh. Add more lettuce, herbs and vegetables – and get double the benefits in one plate.
Ingredients
- Cod liver - 250 g
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Corn - 100 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the cucumbers and chop them coarsely.
Arbitrarily tear the lettuce leaves, and break the liver with a fork.
Add the sprouts and corn, pepper the salad.
Sprinkle it with lemon juice.
