Ingredients
- Beef tongue (boiled) – 400 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 300 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beef tongue, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, eggs and onions cut into small cubes. Try to make the pieces about the same size.
In a deep bowl, mix carrots, tongue, eggs, potatoes, onions and pickles.
Add salt, ground black pepper and mayonnaise. Gently mix the salad with a spoon.
Slide the olivier onto a nice plate and serve.
