A quick homemade salad is prepared literally from improvised ingredients. Nothing complicated – potatoes, mushrooms and a little greenery. Optionally, you can add eggs or corn. This is the very option where everything that is in the refrigerator will go.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Mushrooms (pickled) – 250 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 0.5 beam
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into cubes.
Chop the pickled mushrooms, onions and herbs. Randomly chop the lettuce.
Mix the salad and season with mayonnaise.
