There are a lot of different ways of cooking okroshka and pouring for it. This time I suggest to try the option with sour cream and mineral water. Especially it will appeal to those who do not like the sweetness of kvass and the sourness of kefir.
Ingredients
- Ham - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Mineral water - 1-1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs in advance, and let them cool.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, add chopped dill.
Season everything with mustard and sour cream and pour the okroshka with mineral water to taste.
