Cut the pork into pieces and put it in the bowl of a slow cooker.
Add onion, carrot and a little oil, and cook for 12 minutes in frying mode.
Add finely chopped potatoes, cover with water and cook for 25 minutes in the mode for cooking soups.
5 minutes before the end, add spices, chopped sorrel and dill.
Separately boil the eggs to serve the green borscht.
