- Beef - 250 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 170 g
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the beef in one piece and cut into strips of medium thickness.
Cut the purple onion into feathers, pepper into strips, cucumbers into circles, and cherry in half.
Add the salad mix and season the salad with oil and balsamic.
