It's probably hard to come up with a better combination! The main emphasis is on delicious squid and sweet and sour prunes. In my opinion, salty cheese emphasizes the tastes of the other ingredients more successfully. Try different options.

Defrost the squid carcasses, put them in boiling water and boil for 4 minutes.

Catch the squid with a slotted spoon, cool and slice.

Rinse the prunes and pour hot water for 10 minutes.

Drain the water, dry the prunes and chop finely.

Peel the eggs from the shell and chop.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.

Mix squid, eggs, prunes and cheese. Leave some cheese for decoration.

Add garlic, ground pepper, salt and mayonnaise passed through the press.

Mix and put the salad on a plate. Sprinkle cheese thickly on top. You can decorate with prunes, berries or fresh herbs.
