This is a very quick salad for every day. I usually cook it if I have a handful of boiled or canned beans left. It remains only to add fresh vegetables with herbs to it – and the dish is ready.
Ingredients
- Beans (finished) – 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Bow purple - 1-2 pieces
- Parsley (or cilantro) – 1 bundle
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers, and the cherry into slices or rings.
Chop the greens, add the finished beans and pour oil over the salad.
Season if desired.
