- Smoked sausage - 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
- Peanuts - 120 g
- Lemon zest - 1 art.l.
- Greenery - 2 handfuls
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.

Cut the smoked sausage and lightly fry.
Chop the cherry, add chickpeas and roasted peanuts.
Add any greens and season the salad with olive oil.
At the end, sprinkle it with lemon zest.
